The owner has travelled many parts of the world with his family. As he was travelling, he learned that staying in a place that has an easy access to transportation can save both money and time.

This place is the one of the safest, quietest, and the most convenient places in Seoul, Korea. It is only 10~15 minutes away from restaurants, shopping centers, and ancient palaces by bus or subway.

Additionally, there are supermarkets and farmer's markets nearby. Therefore, travellers can tour economically.

It is a new condominium that is less than one year old. It is very luxurious and clean as five star hotels. All the rooms are furnished, so you don't have to worry about buying furnitures.

We currently opened the second guest house for budget travellers at Hongik Univ. on lane 2.

So, we have two guesthouses at "Hongik University" and "Geumho"

Both of them are located within 5 minutes from the subway station and located in central Seoul. You can go to any famous site, Namdaemoon Market, Dongdaemoon Market, Gyeongbokgung, Apgujeong, etc. within 30 minutes by subway.

Soul Guesthouse has FEMALE-ONLY DORM and is is located in an entertainment area and clubbing district, "Hongdae" and is connected from "Hongik Univ." subway station via elevator.

Seoul Minbak has PRIVATE ROOMS and is located in quiet neighborhood and 5 minutes walk from "Geumho" subway station.
